Clearly, the Police High Command has failed so far to come up with the right solutions, despite the highly-touted Zones of Special Operations (SOZO), which has been implemented in Mt. Salem to no avail.

There was a time when Montego Bay spoke with one, united voice on matters of great importance affecting the city. Nowadays, we are like a Tower of Babel with so many dissonant and cacophonous shrills ending up being merely quotations to fill space in newspapers or news bytes on radio and television newscasts.
